The RoleAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of large-scale projects valued between $20m - $80m. This position offers the chance to lead a high-profile development and make a significant impact within our company.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of complex construction projects.
- Develop and nurture your team.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- A proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale, high-rise, multi-residential construction projects.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction working on projects valued between $20m - $50m.
- A stable background is essential.
- A tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is required. A PMP certification is highly regarded.
