Project Manager - Delivering Excellence

  • Overall responsibility for managing on-site activities, ensuring seamless project execution and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects with budgets exceeding $60 million, demonstrating expertise in budget management and risk mitigation.
  • Leadership role in promoting a culture of health, safety, quality, and environmental awareness throughout the organization.
  • Stakeholder engagement and resource allocation - securing the necessary labor and materials to meet project objectives while upholding quality standards.
  • Regular updates to senior management on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Experience working in Australia as a head contractor, with a deep understanding of local regulations and industry best practices.
  • A trade or tertiary qualification in construction, with proficiency in industry-standard software such as Procore and MS Office.
  • Experience in talent development and large team management in commercial construction projects, with a focus on compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
