About the Role:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be based on-site near the Queensland-NSW border, overseeing the execution of solar PV and BESS construction projects.

You will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met while maintaining high safety standards. Working closely with client representatives and senior management, your leadership will drive project success and ensure that deadlines, quality, and safety are always top priorities.

This individual will play a hands-on role in daily site operations, problem-solving, and driving a culture of teamwork and safety across all site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring project schedules, budgets, and scope are met.
  • Monitor and report on project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved.
  • Collaborate with site crews to optimize daily operations and ensure high-quality standards.
  • Lead daily PSI/Toolbox meetings with site supervisors, fostering a safety-first culture.
  • Report safety hazards, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and maintain HSE reports.
  • Provide leadership to a medium-sized on-site crew, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
