About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rural Manager or Rural Manager to join our team in a rural branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rural clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of rural clients, providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve business goals, including profitability, client satisfaction, and credit quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to grow the business and improve client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of rural banking and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
