About the Role

This is a critical leadership position responsible for the Medical Services and Clinical Governance across the Central Highlands region to meet organisational and community needs.

As a Senior Medical Director, you will work closely with the General Manager and Executive Director, alongside the leadership team, to provide expert advice in resolving complex clinical, medico-legal, ethical, and operational challenges.

This is a highly sought-after senior leadership role and an opportunity to use your skill set as a doctor to its full potential.

About You
  • Mandatory Qualification/s: MBBS or equivalent eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Desirable Qualification/s: Fellowship of either the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) or Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or fellowship of another appropriate Australian specialist college.
What We Offer

Salary Information:

Total remuneration value of up to $554,152 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An annual rate between $210,332 - $266,677 p.a.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
