Job Summary

We seek a seasoned Urban Planning Strategist to collaborate with our APAC Planning Team in Brisbane.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a senior planner to work closely with experts across 21 Technical Disciplines, and service a pipeline of projects from various sectors.

The ideal candidate will lead on exciting opportunities, exhibit project management skills, deliver projects on time, and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing complex planning approvals and delivering high-quality results
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across various sectors
  • Developing effective relationships with clients and internal team members
  • Conducting thorough technical reviews and mentoring junior staff
  • Liaising with clients, councils, consultants, and other government agencies

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Delivering planning analysis and research through a commercially astute lens
  2. Managing several projects simultaneously without direct supervision
  3. Collaborating with the team lead to drive team and company growth
  4. Business development and high-level client relationship management
