Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing full life-cycle sales within a greenfield territory of enterprise accounts.

Your primary goal will be to establish trust and credibility with various stakeholders, including Product Managers, Business Analysts, CX Insights Leaders, DevOps teams, and technology ecosystem partners.

You will work closely with multiple functions, such as Sales Engineering, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Alliances, and Post-Sales, to collaborate on customer success strategies and drive revenue growth.

To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in a full-cycle software sales environment and be passionate about working in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute business plans as General Manager of your territory
  • Meet or exceed quota while learning and implementing our sales methodology
  • Educate key decision-makers about Quantum Metric's unique value proposition
  • Work with partners to create mutual action plans, generate pipeline, and drive opportunities through closure
  • Ramp quickly through outstanding onboarding and continuous education
