Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored business plans to drive required growth in account doors.
- Maximize retail sell-through performance by brand, store, and account.
- Evaluate retail performance, taking action and ensuring thorough follow-up.
- Launch new products and implement key promotions to agreed plans.
- Analyze promotions and track sell-through.
- Aware of competitor activity and customer/consumer needs.
- Manage staffing agency reports for accuracy and ROI.
- Maintain and adhere to budgets – POS and T&E.
- Execute education, training, in-store events, and launches using set protocols.
Selling Assistants Management:
- Recruit and oversee selling assistants, identifying training needs early on.
- Hire selling assistants within authorized levels/budget.
- Effectively manage sales performance through review and assessment.
- Coach in-store, focusing on customer service techniques and clientele development.
- Monitor and review sales against targets, including unit sale/value sale.
- Provide ongoing coaching/training using corporate guidelines.
- Maximize motivational opportunities at events/promotions.
Store Relationships and Communication:
- Regularly communicate events/sales goals/promotions to stores.
- Maintain effective working relationships with store personnel.
- Conduct monthly retail/promotional sales reviews with store managers.
Marketing and Merchandising Program:
- Oversee marketing activities/merchandising guidelines/collateral/samples.
- Maintain Elizabeth Arden brand image/high standards of counter merchandising.
