  1. Develop and implement tailored business plans to drive required growth in account doors.
  2. Maximize retail sell-through performance by brand, store, and account.
  3. Evaluate retail performance, taking action and ensuring thorough follow-up.
  4. Launch new products and implement key promotions to agreed plans.
  5. Analyze promotions and track sell-through.
  6. Aware of competitor activity and customer/consumer needs.
  7. Manage staffing agency reports for accuracy and ROI.
  8. Maintain and adhere to budgets – POS and T&E.
  9. Execute education, training, in-store events, and launches using set protocols.

Selling Assistants Management:

  1. Recruit and oversee selling assistants, identifying training needs early on.
  2. Hire selling assistants within authorized levels/budget.
  3. Effectively manage sales performance through review and assessment.
  4. Coach in-store, focusing on customer service techniques and clientele development.
  5. Monitor and review sales against targets, including unit sale/value sale.
  6. Provide ongoing coaching/training using corporate guidelines.
  7. Maximize motivational opportunities at events/promotions.

Store Relationships and Communication:

  1. Regularly communicate events/sales goals/promotions to stores.
  2. Maintain effective working relationships with store personnel.
  3. Conduct monthly retail/promotional sales reviews with store managers.

Marketing and Merchandising Program:

  1. Oversee marketing activities/merchandising guidelines/collateral/samples.
  2. Maintain Elizabeth Arden brand image/high standards of counter merchandising.
