We're seeking an experienced Design Director to lead our creative vision and drive business growth.

The Role

As Design Director, you'll oversee the development of our New, Bespoke, and Classic product lines, guiding the creative direction and inspiring a talented team.

You'll represent our brand at high-profile events, build influential networks, and champion our values of craftsmanship and excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and evolution of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of design and commercial success.
  • Develop and mentor a talented creative team, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive exceptional results and align with our company goals.
  • Represent our brand externally, leading relationships with consultants and clients worldwide.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for a seasoned designer with extensive expertise in the luxury sector, possessing a strong grasp of historical, classical, and contemporary design.

You should be confident in face-to-face client interactions, able to translate complex briefs into elegant solutions while inspiring trust and collaboration.

A degree in visual or product design (or equivalent) is essential, along with excellent communication and networking skills.
