Lead Residential Designer Position

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Designer to lead our residential design studio in Brisbane.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Design Direction: Set and guide the design direction of luxury residential projects.
    • Project Coordination: Lead and mentor design teams.
    • Client Engagement: Present design concepts to clients and articulate design rationale.
    • Quality Oversight: Enforce high-quality design through detail orientation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, registered architect status, and at least 10 years of experience in design leadership, preferably in high-end residential architecture.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture; registered architect status.
  • QLD Board of Architect registration ideal.
  • 10+ years in design leadership, preferably in high-end residential architecture.
  • Demonstrated expertise in concept design and Subtropical Modernism.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and mentorship skills.
  • Deep knowledge of software tools (e.g. Revit, SketchUp) and building codes.
