Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Mar Tech Consultant to join our team in Australia. As a Mar Tech Consultant, you will play a key role in defining Marketing Technology (Mar Tech) strategy, architecture, design, and implementation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Define strategy and technical solutions for clients across a broad range of verticals.
- Contribute to client data-driven customer experience strategies based on industry best practices.
- Participate as a subject matter expert in business development activities, including running discovery workshops and building RFP responses.
- Cross-functional collaboration with client partners, practice leads, technology partners, and delivery engagement leaders to shape solutions towards clients' explicit needs.
- Architecting technical solutions that fit clients' needs, selecting and reviewing technology frameworks and architecture used on projects.
- Communicate complex business and technical strategies and roadmaps into consumable requirements for teams to execute against.
- Share knowledge and thought leadership externally and to the rest of the organization, including recommendations on technical direction and team professional development.
- 10+ years of experience in Mar Tech strategy, design, development, and ongoing managed services and support of mid to large-scale customer applications.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing technology consulting roles, preferably in a consulting/agency service business.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing complex customer journeys, personalization, and targeted customer offerings through use of CMS, CDPs, data lakes, and analytics solutions.
- Experience within the Mar Tech landscape, including Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, Acquia, mParticle, Treasure Data, Tealium, Segment, Databricks, Snowflake, Medallia, and Qualtrics.
