Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on Mining remediation project success
- Conduct market research to identify new customer needs
- Lead a coordinated team to deliver multiple Mining remediation works
- Develop a pipeline of project opportunities aligned with the business strategy
- Maintain client relationships to assist with the aligned pipeline of opportunities
- Co-ordinate and align with Managers to ensure efficient resource utilisation
- Bid management - Champion bids from engagement through to submission
- Develop and maintain relationships with capable contractors
- Submit progress reports to Management and participate in meetings to give feedback on progress
- Forecast sales targets and co-ordinate the successful achievement of targets
- Establish short- and long-term operational strategy
About You:
- Extensive experience in operations or business development within the construction or mining industry bringing an existing network of contacts
- Commercial acumen with responsibility for financial success of multiple active projects
- Experience working on Blast and Paint projects
- Strong commercial skills and financial management expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
