Program Manager - Varsity Lakes

The role involves overseeing the daily operations of an outside school hours care facility.

About The Position

In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team of educators and ensuring the delivery of quality programs.

  • Developing high-quality programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Managing the day-to-day running of programs and services.
  • Coordinating staffing and rostering to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Performing administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborating with families and the wider school community.

You have completed or are nearing completion of a relevant qualification in childcare or teaching (minimum Diploma of Children's Services).

You possess experience in program development and a passion for delivering high-quality childcare.

You excel in providing exceptional customer service.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You hold current First Aid and CPR certifications, or are willing to obtain them.

You hold a valid Blue Card, or are willing to obtain one.
