Job Title: AO4 Communications Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled communications professional to support the delivery of our programs by providing high-quality correspondence and communication services to our managers and teams across the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in researching information, preparing or contributing to briefing notes and correspondence, responding to inquiries, and preparing draft statements. Additionally, they will maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensure confidentiality and integrity of information and project data, and promote continuous improvements for effective business planning and program delivery.

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Experience managing difficult conversations and dealing with critical stakeholders.
  • A current driver's license and access to a vehicle for site visits and meetings.
  • Ability to undergo employment screening, including criminal history checks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Communication Support: Assist in researching information and preparing or contributing to briefing notes and correspondence.
  • Inquiry Response: Respond to inquiries and prepare draft statements.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
