Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Educator to join our team and create a nurturing environment for young learners as they begin their educational journey.

The successful candidate will have relevant Early Childhood Education and Care qualifications, knowledge of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and innovative practice, experience developing a rich curriculum using current pedagogy, ability to have supportive conversations with colleagues and families, effective time management skills, and commitment to engaging in intentional critical reflection.
