Job Title: Program Leader

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the department's commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
  • Foster partnerships with stakeholders to promote sport and active recreation in Queensland.
  • Manage regionally significant venues, ensuring they are accessible and inclusive for all users.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Citizenship/Visa: Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required. A valid visa permitting work in Australia must be provided.
  • Licences: A current driver's licence is essential for travel to various locations.
  • Qualifications: A current First Aid and CPR certificate is necessary. Formal qualifications in outdoor recreation are highly regarded.
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card): A valid Blue Card is mandatory for working with children and young people.
