About the Role:

This senior-level position involves collaborating with our team of experts to deliver exceptional user experiences for public sector clients. Your primary focus will be on leading design solutions that drive positive change through human-centred approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage extensive experience in human-centred design to develop service blueprints, system maps, customer journeys, and product/service delivery strategies.
  • Conduct design research using quantitative and qualitative techniques to understand consumer expectations and needs.
  • Foster cross-agency and cross-sectoral collaboration during workshop facilitation to solve complex issues.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end customer experience strategies, ensuring alignment with industry-grade accessibility requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with UX Researchers, contributing to report writing for applied research and publication purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience working in an agency or within government. Essential skills include:

  • Extensive human-centred design experience
  • Strong expertise in design thinking, systems thinking, and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, CC, and other design tools
