We are seeking an experienced Commerce Analyst to join our team.

Job description:

This is a key role that will play a fundamental part in shaping the direction of our omnichannel customer journeys. As a leader within the eCommerce team, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and analysis on how customers are using our website, and use this to drive and optimise growth using platform capabilities.

Our team plays a crucial role in our omnichannel customer journey. Producing and managing our online platforms, they ensure we continue to enhance our overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Providing ownership and actionable insights on the success of strategic and tactical initiatives
- Using reporting and data to analyse behaviour and make recommendations
- Supporting the eCommerce team with optimising trading performance
- Communicating initiatives, consulting with internal and external stakeholders
- Optimising key platform capabilities such as onsite search, product recommendations, sort and facet management
- Building and maintaining effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business priorities
- Ensuring ongoing development of personal skills/knowledge to enhance continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Experience in digital data insights and analytics
- Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, CSS or willingness to learn
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Understanding of SEO practices
- Reporting, Analysis and Critical thinking skills
- Exposure to online merchandising and trading
- Experience creating personalised or targeted content for web
- Communication and Consultation skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and Salesforce certified will be looked upon favourably
