This is a Digital Data Insights Analyst position that involves working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights for our digital offerings. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining analytics dashboards and reports, supporting optimization activities, and ensuring data governance in a highly regulated environment.
The day-to-day tasks of this role include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and verify tracking requirements
- Fostering a culture of data governance through clear documentation of tracking standards, metrics, and definitions
- Analyzing enterprise and behavioral data from platforms like Google Analytics, Big Query, Databricks, Qualtrics, and Adobe to uncover trends and insights for digital product optimization
- Providing support for risk management through quality control processes and escalating issues as needed
This is a full-time opportunity.
Our work locations are in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, but we consider candidates from other locations as well.
