Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Digital Analytics Specialist to help drive meaningful outcomes through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience working with digital analytics platforms. They will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable recommendations that inform business decisions.

The role involves analysing digital performance, customer journeys, and identifying areas for improvement. You will develop and deliver insightful reporting that provides a clear view of digital performance, and lead test-and-learn strategies to optimise campaigns, pages, and features.

You will work closely with stakeholders to define business needs, prioritise user stories, and explore alternative solutions using best-practice methodologies. Additionally, you will identify system or data limitations, share digital analytics and tagging best practices, and ensure all work aligns with regulatory standards.

This is a full-time, permanent role and applicants from across Australia are welcome.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse digital performance and customer journeys to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver dashboards and reports providing a data-driven view of digital performance.
  • Lead test-and-learn strategies to optimise campaigns, pages, and features; assess the impact of digital initiatives.
  • Coordinate responses to performance-related requests and prioritise work with stakeholders.
  • Define business needs, prioritise user stories, and explore alternative solutions using best-practice methodologies.
  • Identify system or data limitations and share digital analytics and tagging best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Degree in applied statistics, data science, or a related analytical field
  • 4+ years of experience with tag management tools (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager)
  • Strong knowledge of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with digital experimentation tools and A/B testing frameworks
  • Proven ability to turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Skilled in data visualisation using tools like Tableau
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery for analytics tagging
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Understanding of privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
