
Program Coordinator

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 2 years. The Senior Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in driving administrative excellence and ensuring high-quality operational support for the parenting education program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Program Administration: Manage registrations, databases, and program logistics for face-to-face and online sessions.
- Oversee Financial Tasks: Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and financial administration for the program.
- Lead Team Processes: Develop efficient systems, allocate tasks, and maintain team documentation.
- Manage Communications: Coordinate program advertising, newsletters, and website management.
- Support Online Resources: Oversee the production and distribution of digital and print materials.
- Provide Customer Support: Troubleshoot issues for online parenting products and respond to enquiries.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Assist in coordinating with organisations, presenters, and partners to optimise program delivery.
You hold a degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education, with strong administrative and communication skills.
You have high-level organisational and time management abilities.
You possess expertise in using Zoom for large group educational settings.
You show proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and various digital platforms.
You have experience in customer service and stakeholder management.
You are flexible with working hours to accommodate training schedules.
