Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and personalized welcome to all guests, ensuring they feel at home.
  • Offer accurate and timely information to guests, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Lead by example in maintaining a high standard of departmental grooming and attitude.
  • Stay informed about daily activities, events, and VIP guests to provide exceptional service.
  • Liaise closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Perform tasks efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Assist in maintaining Sofitel Brand Standards and implementing new initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the Sofitel brand.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Valid driver's license.
