Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop customer relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Develop and execute business proposals to meet customer needs and drive growth opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in managing customer relationships and dealing with complex commercial issues.
  • Ability to scope, develop, and execute on business proposals and manage complex contracts.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Business writing skills to support contract preparation and reporting.
  • Clinical or hands-on experience with Telehealth would be highly regarded.
