Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Quality Control Welding Inspector.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in welding activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing fabrication work packages for maintenance and projects, creating and managing inspection and test plans, selecting and submitting weld procedure specs, coordinating non-destructive testing, post-weld heat treatment, and industrial painting.

Maintaining contract-required quality documentation, addressing client welding queries, training and coaching staff on quality control and assurance, implementing and monitoring the Ventia Welding Management System, conducting welder qualification tests, and advising on fabrication methods per client specs and standards.

  • Develop fabrication work packages for maintenance and projects.
  • Create and manage inspection and test plans (ITPs), check sheets, and welding documents.
  • Select and submit weld procedure specs for client approval.
  • Coordinate non-destructive testing, post-weld heat treatment, and industrial painting.
  • Maintain contract-required quality documentation.
  • Address client welding queries.
  • Train and coach staff on quality control and assurance.
  • Implement and monitor the Ventia Welding Management System.
  • Conduct welder qualification tests.
  • Advise on fabrication methods per client specs and standards.
  • Participate in safety audits and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with SHEQ regulations.
