We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Services Coordinator to join our team at Infinite Care. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and service in our hotel services across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to assess and coach service quality improvements, standardization, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with site leaders to implement improvements to site policies, procedures, and compliance activities in response to operational and regulatory changes.
  • Service Delivery: Monitor budgets and expenses, collaborate with vendors and suppliers, and negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible dining experience for our residents.
  • Relationship Building: Foster high-trust working relationships with key business leaders to deliver positive collaboration opportunities and drive business growth.
About You
