**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our National Tendering Office (NTO). As the National Tendering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality and accurate pricing of tenders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee the entire tendering life cycle, including sourcing, preparing pricing offers, and verifying data accuracy.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Directors to prioritize and govern tenders.
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver key priorities and set price offers for new and existing tenders.
  • Develop and optimize processes and systems to efficiently manage tenders using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with the Pricing team to establish margins and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support customer service by investigating, resolving, and escalating issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive results.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills to source data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong time management skills to manage project workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to set and achieve challenging goals.
  • Ability to present findings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Broad understanding of business processes across the organization.
