Job Opportunity:

The role of Submissions Coordinator is a key position within our organization. The successful candidate will assist the Manager in delivering competitive tenders and proposals to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tender preparation, including downloading briefs, generating job numbers, and maintaining submissions folders.
  • Prepare basic submissions based on templates and collaborate with Directors/Associates leading the submission.
  • Assist in preparing presentations as required and instructed.
  • Maintain submissions content library and associated documents, including project data sheets and images.
  • Capture and maintain project data and reporting on Deltek Vantagepoint.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years practical experience.
  • Previous bids submission experience is essential.
  • Previous experience in coordination is also a must.
  • Rational problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with InDesign is essential.
  • Able to handle challenges of aesthetics vs. functionality.
  • Degree in Architecture.
  • Previous experience working in an architectural practice as a Bids Submission coordinator is advantageous.
