We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Welcome Desk Agent to join our team at W Brisbane. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and personalized welcome to guests, setting the tone for their stay
  • Manage guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high level of service quality and guest satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel operations, policies, and procedures to provide expert knowledge to guests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment

  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three days a week
