At W Brisbane, we're seeking a talented Welcome Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable
  • Manage guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to maintain a high level of service quality
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel operations and services to provide informed and personalized recommendations to guests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
  • Experience with Opera property management system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three days a week
  • Must be available to work AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts
