About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front office team as a Guest Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of perfect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and farewelling guests during check-in and check-out
  • Receiving and processing reservations for all hotel facets
  • Auditing and reconciling
  • Checking guests in and out and everything in between
  • Meeting and greeting all guests and answering the telephone
  • Offering and promoting products and services to guests and potential guests
  • Attending to guest requests
  • Providing F&B back-up support to other departments as required
  • Undertaking general clerical, cleaning, and administrative duties
