About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and well-presented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of guest check-ins and check-outs, including handling payments and issuing room keys.
  • Offer valuable local insights and recommendations to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk team to maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Resolve guest concerns or disputes in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in front desk reception or customer service in an accommodation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexible availability, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
