Lead Your Team to Excellence

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams, supporting diverse needs, and building strong relationships with families and the school community.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for children and wants to make a real impact in their community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a passionate team of educators and co-leaders.
  • Develop and embed inclusive behaviour support strategies in partnership with families and professionals.
  • Ensure excellence in compliance, program delivery, and continuous improvement under the National Quality Framework.
  • Build relationships with school leadership, families, and the wider community.
  • Drive engagement through exciting, child-led activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent (or working towards).
  • Current Employee Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain).
  • National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
  • Valid QLD Driver's Licence.
  • Previous experience in OSHC or early childhood settings.
  • Proven ability to support an OSHC service with diverse needs.
  • A team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
