Job Description">

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work on enterprise-level projects and initiatives to deliver key digital transformation projects.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyse, define, and communicate requirements, taking a solution-agnostic approach to ensure we are delivering value for the business and customers.

">Key Responsibilities">

  • Undertake research and analysis to inform future digital processes">
  • Consult with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and Executives across the organisation to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and socialise findings">
  • Conducting cost-benefit analyses, ROI assessments, and risk assessments">
  • Lead or contribute to the development of business cases for proposed projects or initiatives">
  • Support Executive decision making with reports and recommendations">
  • Facilitate requirement discovery sessions to identify, document, and communicate business needs and requirements">
  • Liaise with the IT team(s) to assist them in developing technical solutions">

This is a 6 month maximum term position until February 2026, to cover a maternity leave.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">

Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders and Executives

">

Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in business transformation programs

">

Experience in facilitating workshops, process mapping, procedural documentation, and performing post-implementation reviews

">

Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related field

Knowledge of advanced metering and smart meter operations will be highly regarded.
