As a Project Manager, Business Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, cross-functional projects that support our organisational transformation agenda.

Requirements:

You'll bring a hands-on approach to project management, change, and business analysis—ensuring outcomes are practical, sustainable, and aligned with our mission.

  • 8 years' experience leading and managing large-scale business transformation projects and associated change
  • Strong commercial acumen and risk identification skills
  • Proven capabilities in business analysis and effective change management
  • Exceptional communication skills, including presenting complex information simply and clearly
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on outcomes
  • Experience in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
