Business Transformation Project Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a large-scale transformation project that will drive significant improvements in operational efficiency, data consistency, and service delivery. The successful candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, developing change management plans, and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Leading the implementation of a new Field Management Solution across the national workforce.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure smooth adoption by a dispersed workforce.
  • Collaborating with software development teams and business stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, and deliverables for the new platform.
  • Delivering necessary integrations with work order, financial, and project management solutions.
  • Establishing effective project governance, including regular steering group meetings and detailed status reporting.
  • Proactively managing project finances to meet budgets.
  • Managing complex project issues, risks, and dependencies to align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensuring a sustainable transition of the new solution into business-as-usual operations, including support models.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the PMO Framework and Delivery Models.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, experience in change management, and excellent collaboration skills. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and provide strategic guidance to the project team.
