Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to lead our IT transformation initiatives. This role is focused on the full project lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project strategies, including business case development, design, build, testing, and handover to support.

  • Manage project finances, including forecasting and tracking, and provide regular status reports to executive stakeholders.

  • Coordinate internal resources, third parties, and vendors, including managing the vendor selection and evaluation process.

  • Actively manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications at all levels, including C-level executives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in IT project or program management.

  • Proven experience with IT transformation and SaaS platform deployments.

  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships, both onshore and offshore.

  • Strong financial management skills, including forecasting and budget tracking.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to chair workshops and Steering Committees.

  • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
