About the Role

The business is currently undergoing a transformation, underpinned by projects of varying scale. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of these projects and ensuring successful implementation against the business strategy.

  • Develop comprehensive project management plans to deliver projects according to performance measures and to achieve targeted business outcomes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and scope, then manage scope and expectations
  • Identify and manage all risks and issues across the project, escalating appropriately
  • Establish and implement strong project governance that ensures regular reporting for senior leadership teams and project stakeholders
About You And Your Skills

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Project Manager with a proven track record of leading mid to large-scale business initiatives, including prior involvement in supply chain transformation programs.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and gain buy-in with senior leaders across various levels
  • Proven ability to manage project governance, scheduling, financial and resource management, change control, risks, issues, and assumptions
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Ability to relate to and understand business requirements in all retail streams (operations, merchandise, supply chain, marketing etc)
  • Strong communication, organisational, coaching, planning & negotiation skills
