We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise HCM Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile Human Capital Management implementations.

About the Role:
  • Lead high-profile HCM implementations with a team of experienced consultants.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery using industry-recognised methodologies.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to deliver digital capability and transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of HCM implementation projects.
  • Owning the project plan, budget, timeline, scope, risk, and resource management.
  • Engaging and communicating with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third parties.
  • Applying best practice project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering HCM/Payroll solutions or similar solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-phase, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
