Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting our strong team of consultants to ensure the provision of the highest quality injury management services
  • Working with our management team to continue growing our services throughout Western Sydney
  • Maximising productivity through monitoring KPIs and individual performance
  • Promoting a culture reflective of our values and ongoing commitment to professional development and delivering high-quality services
  • Account and relationship management of existing customers, as well as business development of new opportunities

About You
  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (with full relevant professional membership)
  • Demonstrated occupational rehabilitation experience (2 years preferred)
  • Passionate about people management and relationship building
  • Management, business development, quality assurance and/or customer relationship management experience (preferred not essential)
  • Able to communicate effectively and vary your management approach
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
