About the Opportunity

The Workforce Mobilisation Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of new Programs at ASC, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves developing and implementing workforce mobilisation plans, contributing to the successful execution and delivery of the contract, and providing advisory support to stakeholders on workforce matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement workforce mobilisation plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
  • Support the capture of future contracted scope through the development of workforce artefacts and mobilisation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of workforce planning activities.
  • Conduct workforce risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with governance requirements.
  • Provide advisory support to stakeholders on workforce matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in complex P&C roles, with a focus on workforce planning and mobilisation.
  • Experience in supporting the mobilisation of new programs, with a strong understanding of Defence Industry requirements.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning principles, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to develop and deliver successful solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
