About the Opportunity

The Workforce Mobilisation Specialist will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of new Programs at ASC, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves developing and implementing workforce mobilisation plans, contributing to the successful execution and delivery of contracts, and supporting the development of workforce artefacts and mobilisation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the capture of future contracted scope through the development of workforce artefacts and mobilisation strategies.
  • Develop and execute Workforce Mobilisation artefacts and deliverables, including project managing specific streams with subject matter expert input from the broader People & Culture function.
  • Provide advisory support to internal and external stakeholders, including joint partners, on workforce matters aligned to required timelines and quality.
  • Ensure workforce risk assessments are conducted in accordance with the risk management framework governance requirements.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in complex People & Culture roles, with a focus on workforce planning and mobilisation.
  • Experience in supporting the mobilisation of new programs, with a strong understanding of Defence Industry workforce planning principles.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to develop and deliver successful solutions.
  • Ability to manage evolving priorities and effective time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Innovative and strategic thinking, with a high attention to detail.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
