About the Role
The Global Mobility Officer - Talent Mobilisation Specialist is accountable for supporting the delivery of global mobility services to large volume international assignments and relocations. This role ensures excellent service delivery and adherence to policy entitlements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate expatriation/extension/repatriation activities for international assignee populations.
- Support the delivery of global mobility cyclical activities.
- Support assignee populations with on-assignment activities/queries and connect with the appropriate GM Advisors/Coordinators/vendors to action as required.
- Manage one-way international relocations.
- Contract and other offer document development (in accordance with remuneration policies relevant to the deployment).
