About the Procurement Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Administrator to join our team at Wagners Composite Fibre Technologies (WCFT). As a world leader in the development and application of fibre-reinforced polymer composite engineered materials, we pride ourselves on our culture of inclusiveness, community support and strong family values.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain data in the procurement system, including catalogues, items, and contracts, to ensure seamless procurement activities across Wagners.
  • Support supplier information (SIM) data and activity to foster strong relationships with our suppliers.
  • Assist in the preparation of Tender and RFx documentation to ensure compliance with Wagners' procurement policies.
  • Raise awareness on goods receipting practices to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Assist with sourcing events to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Identify and track project risks and issues as they arise to mitigate potential disruptions to our operations.
  • Build and distribute procurement reports to provide insights into our procurement activities.
  • Create and maintain documentation to support process and procedures, and provide training to ensure knowledge retention.
About You:
  • You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement or a relevant administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills are required to maintain accurate records and identify areas for improvement.
  • You should have demonstrated experience using an enterprise resource program, such as Coupa, and be proficient in using MS Office.
  • A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
