Are you an organized, IT-savvy professional with a passion for efficient project management? Our client, an ICT services provider with several small branches throughout Australia, is currently seeking a full-time, Project Coordinator for their Toowoomba Office.

As an IT Project Coordinator with our client, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring project success by overseeing scheduling, communication, and driving results. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently triage project issues to the appropriate teams
- Ensure accurate ticket categorization for billing purposes
- Review weekly timesheets, enforce time entry policies, and mentor for note quality
- Manage project workplans, templates, and initial project planning
- Allocate resources, remove roadblocks, and manage escalations
- Ensure quality service delivery and timely ticket escalation
- Facilitate internal communication, provide project progress reports, and escalate issues
- Liaise with procurement for correct project scheduling timing
- Build relationships with 3rd party vendors, coordinate schedules, and oversee their progress
- Handle out-of-scope changes, liaise with sales for scope adjustments, and ensure project profitability

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in project coordination or IT-related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- IT knowledge and a desire to explore project management
- Commitment to proactive and efficient work
- Relevant certifications or training in project management are a plus
