Investment Services Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient professional to join our Investment Services team.

Job Description

As an Investment Services Analyst, you will support the analysis, marketing, and negotiation of property sales across the market. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting research and analyzing transactional sales data and market share trends across various asset classes.
  • Databasing buyers and vendors for various asset types.
  • Providing financial and cash flow modeling for commercial properties.
  • Assisting in compiling content for submissions, pitches, and information memorandums.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or a related field.
  • A Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
