Key Role in Commercial Property Sales

At the heart of our successful Gold Coast Investment Services team lies a pivotal position for a property professional to excel as a technical expert.

This exciting opportunity allows you to collaborate directly with senior leaders, gaining exposure to high-profile transactions and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analyse transactional sales data and market share trends across various asset classes.
  • Provide financial and cash flow modelling for commercial properties, and assist in compiling content for submissions and pitches.
  • Coordinate and undertake comprehensive financial and technical due diligence, including lease reviews and campaign enquiries.
  • Prepare and assist with property and superannuation appraisals when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or a related field.
  • Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
