About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Systems Specialist to join our team at DreamWorld. As a key stakeholder in our HR Technology mix, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of a new payroll platform and ensuring the continued integrity of our broader HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Systems Administration: Support the administration and optimization of our people systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement or improved outcomes for the business.
  • Project Work: Undertake project work (including analysis, documentation, configuration, testing and data review) to support system implementation and migration works across the people systems environment.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including vendors) to champion systems enhancements for our business.
  • Data Quality: Perform testing, validation, verification, audit and other activities to ensure reliable, high quality people data.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the internal SME and support with trouble shooting, communication of enhancements, and training and education activities.
About You

You will be a detail-oriented and solutions-focused professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a People Systems Advisor/Specialist in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment. Your experience will include working with and administering HR systems, with knowledge of Oracle Taleo, Preceda, Tanda or similar platforms considered highly desirable.

You will possess strong Excel and data analysis skills, including VLOOKUPS, standard formulas and pivot tables, as well as a working knowledge of Web API's and integration methodologies.
