The Policy Reform & Legislation (PRL) branch of the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) is looking for a skilled Senior Administration Officer to join their team.
This role sits within the Business Operations Team, where you will be responsible for coordinating all incoming and outgoing correspondence, providing high-level customer service, and supporting the team with administrative tasks.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong administration skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should also have experience in using MiniApp or a similar tool to manage the flow of work/formal approval process.
As a Senior Administration Officer, you will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same. You will be part of a friendly team that values collaboration and on-going support and personal development.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $93,295 - $102,941, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
