Work Placement Coordinator Opportunity

This is a dynamic role that involves leading and supporting students through their academic journey, working closely with academic and professional staff to ensure student success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide timely and individualized feedback to students on their work. They will also have a Bachelor's degree in Community Services or a related field, and be able to maintain student records in accordance with ASQA requirements and Lead College policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide constructive feedback to students on their work placements
  • Support students through work placements, ensuring they understand assessment requirements and outcomes
  • Foster relationships with industry partners to secure meaningful work placements
  • Collaborate with departments to address student needs and concerns
  • Participate in meetings and stay up-to-date with organizational requirements
