This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an administrative professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the office, including accounts payable and receivable, customer service, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office reception and handle customer inquiries
- Process accounts payable (200-300 invoices weekly) and accounts receivable (20-30 invoices monthly)
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships
- Maintain office equipment and supplies, and reconcile business bank accounts
- Administer payroll and taxation requirements
- Previous experience as an office administrator (min 2-3 years)
- Basic accounting skills and experience with MYOB or similar software
- Excellent communication and organisation skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
